Hey! I wanted to apologize for being out of the loop for awhile. I had the joy of going home to the midwest for visit. I look forward to being back and getting caught up on reading the fine poetry that has been posted. Hopefully I will find some time to write down some of my own thought here soon as well.

I applaud your honest and stringent requirements. I am hoping to have more conversations about poems not posted to this group, as I enjoy reading widely. (The poems need not be by Gather members).

I strongly recommend that our poets make a habit of Googling random lines from their poetry, to make sure that their work has not been stolen by others.
